A leading cloud-based American software company, specializing in customer relationship management software and applications focused on sales, customer service, marketing automation, e-commerce, analytics, and application development. 

Challenge

The client aimed to certify millions of administrators and sought to establish a comprehensive learning pathway for an Administrator Certification Course. While they had developed the course content, it needed an online platform and a clearly defined certification trajectory. This gap necessitated considerable effort to consolidate content from various sources, curate relevant learning paths, and facilitate user access through an intuitive interface. 

A vast array of existing materials required organization, including Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions, tip sheets, eLearning modules, preparation guides, videos, and self-study resources. The course’s primary objective was to empower users to maximize the capabilities of the CRM platform, focusing on data structuring, user management, access control, and workflow creation.
