It involves giving the full project to the ELB Learning Custom Learning team to build from start to finish. We also have a team of learning strategy experts that can ensure your learning experience is engaging and effective. We can also build a more immersive training experience using virtual reality (VR) and gamification. The full creation of a custom course or custom learning experience may take longer than adding a resource to your team through staff augmentation.
